1. Independent Confidential Staff Support Line
The NHS staff support line is being re-routed and will cease to exist in January 2023. Staff members will still be able to receive support - but this will go through the general Samaritans number on 116123.
This support line is here for when you’ve had a tough day, are feeling worried or overwhelmed, or maybe you have a lot on your mind and need to talk it through. Trained advisers can help with signposting and confidential listening.
Staff can seek support via text. Text FRONTLINE to 85258 for support 24/7.
There is a range of self help information on the NHS People Promise page also - NHS England » Supporting our NHS people
