The Resilience Hub is a new and developing service, and we want to get as much feedback as possible from our clients across all health and social care sectors so we can grow to meet your needs as completely as possible. “I’m working as a psychologist in the Trust Staff Psychology Support Service. I’ve been there since last October and so have been around to hear about/see the development of the Cheshire and Merseyside Resilience Hub (CMRH) over time…. As a clinician, it is really helpful having your service available to support those staff who either a) don’t quite fall under the scope of our service and/or b) would benefit from additional support which we may not be able to offer through our service, either in terms of session numbers but also expertise, e.g., EMDR. The thing that has also caught my attention is the feedback I’m hearing from clients in terms of the timeliness of being contacted by the hub but also the interpersonal engagement they are experiencing with CMRH staff. When I hear aspects of what they will be working on as they transition from our service, it feels tailored and matches really nicely with the developing assessment/formulation of each individual client as they come through our service. My sense, including from client feedback, is that this continuity of tailored support is really helpful for staff.”
